Sandra "Sandy" Jean Cantell

Funeral services for Sandra "Sandy" Jean Cantell, 52, of Bloomington Springs, Tennessee will be conducted Sunday, April 20, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. at the Baxter Chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home with interment to follow in the New Home Baptist Church Cemetery in the Boma Community of Putnam County.

Mrs. Cantell died Thursday, April 17, 2003 at her home.

Mrs. Cantell was born September 30, 1950 in Derby, Vermont to Florence Cinmo Conn of Ware, Massachusetts and the late Perry Conn, Sr.

Mrs. Cantell was employed as a wrapper with ARC of Cookeville.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Conn.

Survivors in addition to her mother include her husband - John Cantell of Bloomington Springs, 2 sons - Matthew Doane of Ware, Mass. and Joseph Doane of Greenville, South Carolina, 3 step-daughters - Janet Beniot & Jodi Cantell both of Brookfield, Mass. and Jeanna Cantell of Warren, Mass., 3 sisters - Ida Post and Rose Conn both of Warren, Mass., Joyce Conn of Florida, 1 brother - Percy Conn, Jr. of Hunnington, Mass., and 9 step-grandchildren.

Mrs. Cantell's family will receive friends Saturday, April 19 from 4 to 7 p.m. and Sunday, April 20 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.

Hooper-Huddleston and Horner Funeral Home of Baxter, TN is in charge of the arrangements.
